Woodstock Shiraz, McLaren Vale, 2015

This wine is matured in American Oak for 18 months in order to add further complexity. The nose displays savoury oak and dark cherries with hints of nutmeg on the finish. On the palate, there is an explosion of mulberries and spice, complemented by youthful tannins and a firm acidic structure.
