Laurent-Perrier has always favored Chardonnay as the main grape variety in all of its Cuvées and was a forerunner of the Brut Nature category from 1981 with Ultra Brut.
 
The House had to bring this grape variety through a Cuvée; only the slopes of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs planted with Chardonnay have been selected and picked at perfect maturity with low acidity to enter the Assembly of this Blanc de Blancs.
 
A perfect mastery of its vinification and aging in stainless steel vats has enabled us to express a new type of Brut Nature, at Laurent-Perrier
