Castillo Perelada Pescador Blanc N.V

From the Spanish town of Girona, near the Barcelona coast, the Blanc Pescador is essentially baby Cava. It’s from Catalunya and is made with the key three Cava grapes of Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo.
 
It is lightly sparkling but still categorised as a white wine with the fizz adding a little boost of freshness.
This wine is extremely "drinkable" and tastes like summer, with bright lemon citrus flavours and rocky minerality.
A great wine at a great price!
